Relationship Reviews
Short term loan renewals, pricing increases, and/or tight or unusual loan covenants are among the signs that a relationship review is in order. We will sit down with you to understand your goals and objectives, meet with your bank/banker, and help you develop a strategic plan that will establish a sound banking foundation.
Loan Workouts
We understand loan "workouts". If you have reached the point with your bank that you are dealing with the "Special Assets Group" or are involved in a stressed relationship, we can help. BSG has the experience and credibility to mediate successful solutions.
Strategic Planning
Whether you are dealing with commercial real estate or a traditional commercial and industrial setting, every bank will want to know your strategic plan. We can help develop that plan through global cash flow analysis and put it all together in presentation quality. We will sit down with you and your banker to explain the plan and present a results oriented solution.
Qualifying Real Estate and Business Sales
Customers who are selling real estate or their business have expressed concerns that they may get well down the road in such a transaction, only to discover the buyer is lacking capacity. We have the ability to review a purchaser's financial condition and render an informed opinion of the buyer's ability to perform. We can also know how to talk to the purchaser's bank to confirm "financability". Such an independent third party review does require the purchaser's consent, which typically is obtained as a condition of the sale. Purchaser's are willing to deal with third parties in these situations and confidentiality agreements are common.Financial Analysis and Structuring
