Lee Pankratz

Lending Specialist

Lee has been in banking for over 30 years, with experience in both large and community bank settings. Most recently Lee was a Senior Vice President and the Senior Credit Officer of Macatawa Bank. In that capacity he had oversight for Loan Committee, bank credit policy,and met directly with Federal and State regulators regarding credit quality.

During his time at Macatawa Bank the following areas reported directly to Lee:

• Loan Operations
• Loan Review
• Loan Servicing
• Loan Operations
• Residential Mortgage
• Special Assets Group (Loan Workout)

Prior to Macatawa Bank, Lee was a Corporate Vice President for Fifth Third Bank and served as the "Commercial Real Estate Liaison" for the Western Michigan and Northern Michigan affiliates. In this capacity Lee had $20 million in signature loan approval authority.

Lee's previous experience includes various positions with AmeriBank (now Fifth Third Bank), Michigan National Bank, and others.

Kathy Pankratz

Treasury Management Specialist

Kathy has been in banking for over 25 years. Her previous customers read like a list of who's who in the Western Michigan area. Kathy has served in the large corporate treasury management areas of banks like Fifth Third and Michigan National Bank. She has also helped many small and mid size companies with their cash management needs. If your company is considering putting out an RFP (Request for Proposal), you should consider talking to Kathy.
